The NAV CENTRE boasts one of the largest fitness and recreation in Eastern Ontario. Indoor facilities include a 25-metre Lap Pool, Personal Training. Aerobics and Yoga Classes and a Fitness Centre equipped with free weights and modern cardio equipment. Personal trainers are on staff to help members select the type of exercise program that suits their needs.

Our Pilates course teaches the basic Mat Workout as it was done by Joseph Pilates. This is a series of 28 exercises done on a mat. Participants who come regularly to the class will notice toning in the core of the body, lengthening of the muscles, and a general feeling of well being. All exercises can be modified to people of various fitness levels, ages and abilities. No equipment is needed but sometimes variety is added to the class using the stability ball and resistance bands are provided.
This is a Hatha Yoga class, with some "Vinyasa" or flow Yoga added in for variety. The class includes a warm-up, reclining, standing and seated postures, and incorporates the breath, along with cueing to ensure proper body alignment to avoid injury. Relaxation is included in every class. Novices to experts are welcome.
