At the NAV CANADA Training and Conference Centre, we focus first and foremost on your needs. We assign a dedicated conference planner to every conference held at the Centre, and your planner is your single point of contact for everything you want and need to make your event a success.

Our skilled, experienced conference planners are proficient in providing the most effective meeting room setups, arranging conference technology and AV equipment to help you get your message across and planning menus perfectly suited to your tastes. They can also help you plan special events that are truly special, and meet any other special needs you may have.

Of course, we make our planners' jobs easier by giving them a lot to work with. Our dedicated conference rooms are separated from meeting rooms for privacy. Separate facilities provide private dining specifically for the convenience of conference groups. You can take a break on your own schedule with our continuous refreshment service.

• Wide tables measuring 30" x60", with a non-reflective, hard writing surface
• Flip charts
• Podium with microphone
• Overhead and LCD projector
• Controllable level of lighting
• Individual climate controls.
• Wall surfaces suitable for tacking or other display of flip chart-type sheets.
• Acoustical rating for sound transmission through all walls of dedicated conference rooms meets or exceeds acceptable comfort levels
• Built-in amplified sound is available
• Unobstructed interior views.

Stone House
This heritage building is a fine example of a mid-19th century Ontario stone house. Located on the property of the NAV CANADA Training and Conference Centre, the Stone House is the perfect choice for corporate retreats, executive meetings, banquets and receptions, or a rustic, relaxing getaway for valued personnel. The Stone House features five naturally lit meeting rooms and a full kitchen and bar.
